Our products are widely used in TV sets, LCD TVs, HDTVs, bus stereos, DVB-satellite receivers, CATV set-top-boxes, VCD/DVD players, car audio systems, home theaters, Hi-fi game videos, multimedia TV cards, and other high-frequency receivers of communications industry. We have advanced automated production equipment and high-precision testing devices: automated SMT (Panasonic), lead-free reflow welding machines, and testing devices (A&T). Our 10 R&D staff master well the production technology of lead-free welding and frequency combination.
As company business expands, we have newly established a manufacturing base in Songgang District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province. It is our LCD TV AD boards manufacturing base, and we also have our own specialized R&D Centre in ShenZhen where we develop and extend diversified technologies and solutions.
We source key materials from reliable suppliers such as Sanyo, TI, Philips and Samsung, and we assign five QC technicians in each production line. All these ensure our return rate lower than 3 millesimal. Annual production capacity in our 8,000-square-meter factory is 15,000,000 pieces, while our MOQ requirement is just 500 pieces.
